Send the device model, Android version, BrickOS version, chosen skin, what you expected, what happened, and the shortest set of steps that reproduces it. A screenshot helps when no private information is visible.

Known limits

  • BrickOS is Android-only.
  • Manufacturer-specific launcher and foldable behavior may differ.
  • Lock Guard is optional and must be enabled manually in Android Accessibility settings.
  • Premium pricing, tax, and regional offers are shown by Google Play and can vary.

Before reporting

  • Confirm BrickOS is the selected home app.
  • Tell us which skin you were using: Tiles, Fruit, Tune, or Command.
  • Check whether Lock Guard is enabled if the report concerns app redirection.
  • Restart BrickOS and repeat the exact sequence once.
  • Never send passwords, private message content, payment details, or a full installed-app list.
