Information the website collects

The site does not require an account. If you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, selected project, inquiry type, message, and a generated submission reference. The website uses this information only to route, understand, and respond to your message.

How contact messages are delivered and stored

Contact-form submissions are sent through FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service, to SgtZaddy Productions email. FormSubmit and the email providers involved in delivery may process the submitted fields, IP address, browser or request information, and anti-abuse signals. Copies may remain in email systems, backups, and service logs for as long as reasonably needed to answer the inquiry, maintain records, prevent abuse, or comply with law.

The contact form is the only intake route for website messages.

Cookies, analytics, logs, and embedded media

SgtZaddy Productions does not currently run website analytics, advertising pixels, marketing trackers, or an account system on this site. The site does not set its own tracking cookies. Firebase Hosting may process ordinary web-server information, such as IP address, requested URL, user agent, timing, and diagnostic or security logs, to deliver and protect the site. If embedded media or an external download is added later, the provider may receive request information when you use it; the page will identify that provider where practical.

Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

SgtZaddy Productions does not sell personal information and does not share website contact information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information is disclosed only to service providers that help operate the site and email, when you ask for a disclosure, or when legally required.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete a website contact message through the contact form. Include enough information to locate the message, such as your email address and submission reference. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.

Browser privacy signals

Because the site does not use targeted-advertising or analytics trackers, it does not currently change behavior in response to Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals. Those signals are not used to override a choice because the site does not perform the tracked activity in the first place.

Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, including HTTPS, limited service providers, form validation, a hidden anti-spam field, duplicate-submission controls, and security headers. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Children

The website is not directed to children under 13, and SgtZaddy Productions does not knowingly collect personal information from them through the site.

Changes

Material changes will be posted at this address with a revised “last updated” date.
